All bookings are done via the models/models agents/photographers or entertainers. Please make sure you read through any terms and conditions of a contract when making a booking. Purple Promotions does not except any responsibility for any problems or losses due to bookings made thro these parties.
The safety of any models that use this site is paramount. Although Photographers are checked for creditability on artistic criteria and recommendations from models themselves. We do suggest that before booking with a photographer you do carry out your own checks, and make sure where possible that you have a chaperon with you. If for any reason you have a complaint against a Photographer please make sure that you also inform us so we can look into the matter further.

7. Insurance
The model's safety is the responsibility of the client they are responsible for when the model is providing services in connection with the booking. The client is obliged to make sure that all other people engaged in connection with the booking and associated traveling are properly qualified and insured. The client is responsible for the model's health and safety as if the model were an employee of the client. The client will maintain adequate insurance cover to its obligation to the model.
The client is advised to insure against any losses which might be suffered if
the model does not keep a booking because of ill health or some other reason as Purple Promotions is not responsible if the model fails to attend a booking. Purple Promotions accepts no liability in these matters.
